Guides / Consultation and suitability

Ask the provider to identify the exact formulation and explain the terminology used for it. Similar-sounding ingredient labels should not replace a product-specific explanation of what is being offered and why.
Begin with the label rather than a category nickname
Mastelli lists several polynucleotide products and separate home-care cosmetics. A name used in conversation may therefore be less specific than the actual item on a treatment proposal. Request the product’s full name, formulation and intended route. Do not infer that a cosmetic in the same brand family has the same use as an intradermal medical product.
Ask which evidence belongs to the exact proposal
When a provider mentions PN, PDRN or a broad biological mechanism, ask which published evidence or product information applies to the formulation, use and concern being discussed. A category explanation can be helpful without proving a particular outcome. Record the source named and the clinician’s explanation of its limitations instead of treating a technical term as a quality certificate.
Make personal-history questions explicit
Bring previous treatment records and disclose relevant allergies and reactions to the clinician. Ask what product-specific history matters, what the anticipated effects are and what would need review. Request preparation and aftercare instructions for the actual plan. A written information sheet should help you ask questions; it should not leave you selecting an injection technique or dose yourself.
Questions to take to the appointment
- What is the full product name and intended route?
- Which terms describe the ingredient and which describe the brand?
- Does the cited evidence match this formulation and proposed use?
- What personal history and follow-up does the clinician consider relevant?
Terminology becomes useful when it improves the precision of the consultation. If the explanation still depends on a collection of ingredient nicknames, ask the provider to connect each claim to the actual product and intended purpose.
Read provider information in context
Millennium Clinic’s page for plinest malaysia provides that provider’s description of its service. Its general website is Millennium Clinic KL. Use these pages to prepare questions; a service description is not independent evidence of effectiveness or personal suitability.
