Contact and corrections
How can you contact the publisher or request a correction?
Use the appropriate route for factual corrections, evidence submissions, privacy requests or general publisher enquiries.
What can this contact route handle?
The publisher can receive correction requests, profile evidence, methodology questions and privacy requests. It does not provide medical advice, emergency help, diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
Contact forms and inbox ownership must be approved before launch. No placeholder address or invented response time should be published.
What should a correction include?
Identify the URL and statement, explain the proposed correction, provide a dated primary or authoritative source, and disclose any relationship to the subject. Sensitive identity or licence evidence should use the approved private channel rather than a public comment.
Independent by design
Verification before promotion
Evidence status, commercial relationships and corrections are recorded separately. A paid relationship never changes a verification state or organic order.
