Who writes or substantively shapes an article?
An author is named only for genuine work on the exact page. Authorship does not automatically mean that person independently medically reviewed the final version.
Medical review
Who checks a specific completed version?
A reviewer appears only after a scope-matched, dated and content-bound review is recorded. Directory membership alone never creates a review attribution.
